Compulsory. Please check availability almost 15 days in advance (Monday-Friday 11.00-18.00).
Bookings must be sent exclusively by email and with the form, completed and signed.
Each eventual communication, following the booking, must be sent by email at didattica@wimubarolo.it
In specific cases it is possible to agree upon the classes access to the museum, in hour before the usual opening time.

In advance – and compulsory – for the visits/guided tours, 7 days before the day of the visits.
In the ticket-office, when you arrive at the museum, for the entry tickets.
Automatic cancellation of the booking: without any communication by the WiMu, in case the payment for the visits/guided tours has not been received.
In case of renunciation, and impossibility to re-schedule the visits, refund will be done excusively because of force majeure and causes to be documented.
Complete to the rooms of the path.
Strict punctuality. It is necessary to show up almost 20 minutes before the established hour for the visits.
In case of not communicated delay, the access to the museum is not guaranteed.
