The Next Wine Tourism

ENO7 del Turismo

In 2025, WiMu – the Wine Museum of Barolo – celebrates its 15th anniversary: a milestone that becomes an opportunity to look ahead, explore new languages, and imagine new ways of welcoming, narrating, and experiencing wine.

Thus ENO7 of Tourism is born: the first event dedicated to building a shared vision for the future of wine tourism — more conscious, cultural, sustainable, and capable of connecting places, people, and imagination.

For three days, Barolo becomes an international lab where vineyards, landscapes, knowledge, and hospitality converse, hosting guests from some of the world’s most iconic wine regions.

Seven territories, one shared vision

ENO7 brings together seven leading wine-tourism destinations: Barolo – Burgundy – Champagne – Napa Valley – Trentino – Tuscany – Sicily

Different stories, different cultures, united by one question: how do we innovate a place already rooted in wine legend?

Through dialogue, tastings, and public conversations, each territory offers its perspective and experience, contributing to a collective reflection on the future of wine tourism.
