Some spaces of the castle and of WiMu are the perfect backdrop for business events or to make memorable a special moment of private life. Here we transform surprise into emotion.
The WiMu spaces made available to you can host:
On the third floor of the castle, there is a panoramic open view over the hills of barolo. It is the perfect place for an aperitif, as part of a visit or an activity to live WiMu over normal opening hours; or for a dinner to remember. And what if, with the castle closed, it could encourage a romantic proposal?
The little, cosy terrace of the noble floor looks out on the building courtyard. It is perfect, because of its position and in season, as a haven for aperitifs for small groups visiting exclusively the castle, or to host the coffee-break of a business meeting.
Elegant and cosy room on the noble floor of the building, characterized by a monumental sixteenth century chimney and looking out on a delightful little panoramic terrace. It is suitable to host various events for a small number of participants, from meetings and seminars to toasts.
The ancient “tinaggio” or fermentation area for the wine must, with the suggestive view on the village and the hills, is an ample and versatile space. It can host conventions, classes, assemblies, press conferences or presentations. And it can be great also for convivial moments, placé or buffet dinners, parties and tastings.
A room in the museum course that can be reserved, if required. It is a cosy space, perfect to host meetings and seminars, or aperitifs. Outfitted as usual, like a classroom with authentic old school benches and seats, it is appropriate for short briefings.
By day, or with a reserved evening opening, we have the right formula and activity to make special every occasion: bachelorette and bachelor parties. birthday parties, business meetings, even declaration of love.
The availability of the whole castle – and of the museum installations – over the opening hour, can be an unforgettable surprise for your guests. To be paired with a traditional guided visit, a deep thematic path or one of the special activities.
A Visit-game kit to discover WiMu through games and quizes, questions and riddles adding rarities and insights, arousing reflections and widening the view a bit.
Visita guidata esperienziale al museo alla scoperta della bevanda che, da secoli, plasma la storia, la cultura e la tradizione di interi popoli e territori.
A unique stage for a special day: the municipal Falletti castle of Barolo and WiMu can host the whole program of your celebrations (or, of course, a part of them):
The Reception Hall is a cosy and suggestive space, with a spectacular, comfortable and romantic view of the hills of barolo, perfect for the rite.
The terrace, the Coats of arms Hall or the Wine Tourist’s Temple, depending on the season, the number of the wedding guests and the spouses’ taste, are perfect for a toast or an aperitif.
The Wine Tourist’s Temple is a wide room, open on views of the village of Barolo and of the surrounding hills, ideal for the reception or to party
